Terms and Conditions
E-gift certificates issued by www.roseartdesigns.com may not be returned or exchanged. E-gift certificates are valid towards the purchase price of any RoseArt Designs products. The value of E-gift certificates may be used with the remaining value available at a later purchase. All purchases must be made within one year of the purchase date of the E-gift certificate.
E-gift certificates must be redeemed through the www.roseartdesigns.com Web site, towards the purchase of products displayed on the web site. E-gift certificates cannot be used to purchase E-gift certificates, and are not transferable. E-gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. E-gift certificates can be combined. If your order exceeds the amount of your E-gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with an acceptable form of payment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift certificates. www.RoseArtdesigns.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained e-gift certificates are redeemed and used to make purchases on the www.roseartdesigns.com Web site.
