SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Payments

We accept payments in US Dollars by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, pay pal,check and money order. Credit cards are charged with the order. Checks and money orders must clear before items are shipped. Florida residents will have 6% state sales tax added to their order upon check out. Mail Orders: To pay by check or money order in the United States, print out your shopping cart and send payment in US Dollars (with 6% sales tax added in Florida) to:

International orders: All international orders must be paid by credit card. Please contact us for shipping fees.

Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipments: RoseArt Designs ships all of our orders using UPS Ground shipping services. If your order is over or equal to $75, then your order will be shipped FREE via UPS Ground unless the customer specifies otherwise. This offer applies to the Continental US only. Delivery time is usually five (5-7) business days from the date the package is sent from RoseArt Designs. The UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email on the date of shipping so that you can track your package in transit. If you would like faster shipping, specify one of the options from the selection below. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

Rates for our shipping options are as follows:
UPS Ground Service (for Orders over $75) FREE!
UPS Ground Service (for Orders under $75) $8.95
UPS 2nd Business Day Service $14.95
UPS Next Day Air Saver will be calculated at checkout
UPS Worldwide Expedited will be calculated at checkout

Placing an order to be shipped to an address outside the United States constitutes acceptance of our international shipping policy. Our international shipping policy is as follows: Please be aware that all shipments of goods to countries outside of the United States may be charged additional customs, taxes, and brokerage fees by the country they are entering. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of you, the customer, and are not included in RoseArt Design's shipping fee.

Returning Merchandise to RoseArt Designs:
RoseArt Designs will accept the return of new, undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations: For a full refund (shipping & handling charges are not refundable), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. Please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a traceable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express, to:
